Service Description
Qi-Gong and Meditation Retreat use Triple Crane Retreat Center's unique approach to interdisciplinary spiritual practice. These sessions are ideal for individuals with some meditation experience and advanced meditators wishing to learn more about Triple Crane's unique approach. These retreats use Huayen Eight Ways of Body Preconditioning a unique from QiGong taught at Triple Crane fused with Yoga Asana, and Breath Work. This hybrid approach quickens profound states of meditation and prepares the body field to go deep without strain and struggle. Students can receive one-on-one guidance from Master Hai (Winnie). These practices are also well suited for experienced meditators who want to go deeper by experiencing TCRC's unique use of yoga postures, QiGong, and breath work as catalysts for profound and sustained states of effortless meditation. Retreats are offered on a sliding scale.
